On 17 November 2020, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TITE SITE WORKS LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 17 November 2020 at 9.00am. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 18 December 2020.
