Boris van Delden and Iain McLennan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MCV NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 12 November 2020 at 8.30am.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 17 December 2020.
