Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner was appointed liquidator of M B HAULAGE (2018) LIMITED (in liquidation) on 9 November 2020 at 8.35pm.

We fix 14 December 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
