Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 10 November 2020 at the following times:

JING GANG CO LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.22am

LW PROSPERITY CO LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.29am

on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

We fix 31 January 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
