Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Vivien Judith Madsen-Ries and David Sean Webb were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of CLEANING TOUCH SERVICE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whangarei on 3 February 2020 at 2.22pm.

31 March 2020 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
