Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 9 November 2020 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders of each of the companies, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that the companies be liquidated and that Richard Anthony Johnston be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

Notice to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 26 November 2020 the day on or before which any creditors of the above-mentioned companies are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
