On 5 November 2020 at 9.00am by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, Duncan Varnham Fea, fellow chartered accountant of Queenstown, was appointed liquidator of the company. This is a solvent liquidation.

The liquidator fixes 18 December 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by that date will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made and may not object to that distribution.
