On 29 October 2020, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that M R L HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 29 October 2020 at 9.30am. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 3 December 2020.
