Malcolm Hollis and Marcus McMillan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of KAIDA HOSPITALITY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 27 October 2020 at 10.10am on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

We fix 27 November 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
