Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Iain McLennan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RRUU NZ LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 28 October 2020 at 5.00pm.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 7 December 2020.

Liquidators are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
