Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The members of HALSWELL COMMONS RESIDENTS SOCIETY INCORPORATED resolved, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, that Gordon Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 15 October 2020 at 11.40am.

Creditors of the society are to file their claims with the liquidator and to establish any priority their claims may have on or before 20 November 2020.

Creditors and members may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation.
