Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of BARE METAL LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 15 October 2020 at 10.15am when Murray G. Allott, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator by order of the High Court at Christchurch on an application made by John Lovett Hunt.

The application to appoint the liquidator was made due to the death of the company’s sole director and shareholder.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximize returns to creditors.
