Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Creditors to Claim

Rhys Cain, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, and Rees Logan, chartered accountant of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RILEAN CONSTRUCTION (CANTERBURY) LIMITED, RILEAN CONSTRUCTION (CENTRAL OTAGO) LIMITED and RILEAN INVESTMENTS LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 22 October 2020 at 3.00pm.

Both Rhys Cain and Rees Logan are Licensed Insolvency Practitioners.

We fix 24 December 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
