Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993

Take notice that INLANDIA LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 October 2020 to be put into liquidation. Ryan Eathorne, accredited insolvency practitioner of Wellington, was appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 1 October 2020 at 11.24am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

The liquidator hereby fixes 9 November 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to their distribution.
