SOLID BUILDERS LIMITED and ECOBUILT HOMES LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of SOLID BUILDERS LIMITED and ECOBUILT HOMES LIMITED (both in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 9 October 2020 at 4.00pm by special resolution of the shareholders.
We fix 28 November 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
