Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of ROSSITER CONTRACTING NC LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 1 October 2020 at 10.06am on the application of the Inland Revenue Department.

We fix 9 November 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
