Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Creditors to Claim

Rhys Cain, of Christchurch, and Rees Logan, of Auckland, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CHOOSE THE RIGHT CONTRACTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) by order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 October 2020 at 10.53am. The applicant creditor was Dirtworks Limited (as trustee of the Dirtworks Trust trading as Dirtworks).

We fix 20 November 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
