On 30 September 2020, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that VOYAGER FISHING LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 30 September 2020 at 12.00pm. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 2 November 2020.
