Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp, RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the companies by a special resolution of the shareholders of the companies on 30 September 2020 at 1.30pm and 1.35pm respectively pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 20 November 2020 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
