Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 28 September 2020 at 4.56pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

The directors had previously passed resolutions declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator, the company would be able to pay its debts.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, the liquidator is not required to call a creditors’ meeting.
