Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 255(2)(a)

On 17 September 2020 it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that NUTTRIDGE PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES LIMITED (formerly PHYSIOSOUTH HOLDINGS LIMITED) be liquidated and that Sari Panther, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 17 September 2020 at 9.00am.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 30 October 2020 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Please note this is a liquidation of a solvent company. The liquidation is being undertaken as part of a group restructuring.

The liquidators propose not to call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
