Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that on 31 August 2020 at 4.30pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Keith Mawdsley, chartered accountant and Kevyn Botes, chartered secretary of i-Business Recovery Limited, be appointed liquidators.

Note: The company is solvent and the director has signed a solvency certificate to support this.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 31 October 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
