Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 23 September 2020 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders of each of the companies pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that the companies be liquidated and that Richard Anthony Johnston be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

Notice to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 14 October 2020 as the day on or before which any creditors of the above-mentioned companies are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Creditors and members may direct inquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address stated below.
