Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the incorporated society by a majority of the valid votes cast by members of the incorporated society on 3 February 2020 at 9.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

We fix 16 March 2020, as the date on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Note: The incorporated society is solvent and is being liquidated as it has completed the purpose for which it was incorporated.
