Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Damien Grant, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator on 31 January 2020 at 8.00am for EFFECTIVE STEEL LIMITED, EFFECTIVE NO. 1 LIMITED, EFFECTIVE NO. 2 LIMITED and at 8.12am for RAINLINE LIMITED.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

We fix 2 March 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
