Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 31 August 2020 at 9.23am it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder(s), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FHB GROUP LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

The liquidator fixes 19 October 2020 as the date by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under the Companies Act 1993.
