Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993(“Act”)

Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that the above companies be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton, insolvency practitioner, be appointed liquidator.

LOCALIST LIMITED (in liquidation) on 31 August 2020 at 4.00pm.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 1 October 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
