Subject to director’s resolutions as to solvency, Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies on the dates and times below:

PEARSONS (DDN) LIMITED on 26 August 2020 at 2.10pm. Note: The “Dryden” brand was sold to Dulux NZ Ltd.

SILVERLAKE HGH LIMITED on 27 August 2020 at 3.00pm.

Claims by creditors in both companies should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 30 September 2020.

Note: These are both solvent liquidations.
