Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of CUISINE RESOURCES NZ LIMITED by the shareholder pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 27 August 2020 at 9.00am.

We fix 9 October 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
