Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed liquidator of EASYBUILD WELLINGTON LIMITED (in liquidation) on 24 August 2020 at 1.15pm.

We fix 24 October 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority
