Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the companies listed below commenced on the date and time listed. Murray G. Allott, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioner has been appointed as liquidator of each company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by the passing of a special resolution.
