Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on 19 December 2019 at 12.10pm, when Jason Aleksander Kardachi and Mitchell Wayne Mansfield were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company in accordance with section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 28 February 2020 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have. Any creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
