Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), by way of resolution in accordance with section 122 of the Act, Craig Andrew Young was appointed liquidator of the companies on 12 August 2020 at 5.00pm, 13 August 2020 at 10.00am and 13 August 2020 at 10.00am respectively.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

The liquidator hereby fixes 18 September 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of each company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
