Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 11 August 2020, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 11 August 2020 at 9.00am.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 25 September 2020.
