Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company on Tuesday 11 August 2020 at 9.30am appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 23 September 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and establish any priority.
