Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 4 August 2020 at 3.24pm, the shareholders of the above-named companies appointed Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, CA ANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies.

The liquidators fix 15 September 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
