Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Restructuring and Insolvency Turnaround Association of New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of SPILL TRAINING & CONSULTANCY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 7 August 2020 at 11.12am.

We fix 15 September 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
