Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 31 July 2020 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that ROSS REALTY LIMITED be liquidated and that Antonia Catherine Walker, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 31 July 2020 at 2.00pm.
