Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 31 July 2020 it was resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 that KLEIS CHIROPRACTIC & HEALTH CARE CO LIMITED (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Antonia Catherine Walker of Christchurch, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 31 May 2020 at 12.00pm.
