Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Jeffrey Philip Meltzer was appointed liquidator of the above company on 1 May 2020 by order of the High Court.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 31 August 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
