Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 14 July 2020, it was resolved by Order of the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, that GREEN CABS LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 14 July 2020 at 10.40am. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 28 August 2020.
