Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 10 July 2020 (NZST) the Directors of BROOKFIELD NZ HOLDINGS LIMITED resolved “that the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, be able to pay its debts”.

Notice is hereby given that on 10 July 2020 at 2.38am (NZST) it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that BROOKFIELD NZ HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, both RITANZ Insolvency Practitioners accredited by CA ANZ, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 10 September 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims made, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
