Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), by way of resolution in accordance with section 122 of the Act, Craig Andrew Young was appointed liquidator of the companies on
13 July 2020 at 11.00am, 14 July 2020 at 9.00am and 14 July 2020 at 12.30pm respectively.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

The liquidator hereby fixes 21 August 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
