Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning were appointed joint and several liquidators of WALLY SUTHERLAND LIMITED on the day of 3 July 2020 at 11.00 am. The liquidation is a solvent voluntary liquidation.
