Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of POPLAR DRIVE LIMITED (formerly Belfast Village Limited) (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 25 June 2020 at 10.15am.

We fix 7 August 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
