Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning, were appointed joint and several liquidators of VERHAM LIMITED (in liquidation) on 22 June 2020 at 9.00am. The liquidation is a solvent voluntary liquidation.
