Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 June 2020 at the times stated below:

LOBI HAIR SALON LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.10am.

HPC NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.52am.

HPC COFFEE NZ LIMITED at 10.55am.

We fix 27 July 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
