Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed liquidator of PROFICIENT PROJECTS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) on 12 June 2020 at 10.55am.

We fix 31 August 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
