Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens, David Webb and Richard Hughes were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of VIRGIN AUSTRALIA (NZ) EMPLOYMENT AND CREWING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the special shareholder’s resolution on 10 June 2020 at 8.30am.

5 August 2020 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
