Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of 3 A’S TRAINING COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 12 June 2020 at 10.35am.

We fix 24 July 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
